How Can I Start Serving?
We are excited that you want to serve along side us! If you are sure that Solid Rock is your home church you can begin serving when you are ready. Serving together helps us to connect! We get to know you and you get to know us. We ask that you also listen to the servant's classes below to help you understand our hearts toward serving here at Solid Rock.

What Happens After I Apply?
After you apply, your application will be reviewed and processed. You will hear from us regarding details and training. Some teams will require a background check and additional interview processes before training can be scheduled. Once you have completed training and servant's class you will be scheduled to serve!

When Serving Can I Also Attend The Service?
We want you to be fully present while serving and fully present while attending! This means we prefer you would serve at a service gathering and attend another service gathering.

How Often Can I Serve?
Each Team operates on a rotation dependent on the immediate needs. We want to help you to serve as often as you can and will discuss your availability along with Team needs during one of your application processing meetings.

Ministry Teams
Cleaning Team
The Cleaning Ministry is behind the scenes helping keep the facility organized and clean, being good stewards of what God has entrusted to our church body and in the process, encourages one another in fun and fellowship.
Facilities Team
Our Facilities Team helps maintain the property at Solid Rock. In order to have the best environment for worship & fellowship. cleaning, fixing, updating are regularly needed.
Meals Ministry
GoYe Outreach
The Hospitality/Meals Ministry through care and compassion, provides encouragement and assists with general helps and meals for those in the current church body with a temporary need.
The GoYe Ministry is the hands and feet of Jesus as we go out locally and globally to share the Good News (Gospel) to the lost, broken, and hurting.
Event Prep
Our event team is ready to serve in hospitality and other roles when the church is preparing for an upcoming event, retreats, conferences, special services etc..
Administration
This Ministry allows those with the gifts of administration and helps to assist in the day-by-day operations of the church, staff, and individual ministries by operating behind the scenes with structure and order.
Welcome Team
The Welcome Team are the friendly faces of the church cheerfully welcoming everyone. They help with basic church information as well as assist with finding accommodating locations for individuals and families for worship, Bible study, or events.
Solid Grounds Coffee Shop
The Coffee shop provides a location to enjoy well-made coffees, Italian sodas, and creative drinks, as well as snacks to enjoy with others in an environment that encourages friendships, fellowship and edification. They enjoy serving you on Sunday mornings.
Sound Team
The Sound Ministry is behind the scenes and controls the amplification and mixing of the worship music as well as the teaching through sound technology for Sunday studies as well as events, whether they be local or mobile.
Media Team
The Media Ministry is Multi-pronged in the creation of engaging and inspiring digital/print graphics for the church body to include social media platforms that not only bring awareness to events, but are encouraging and edifying as well.

Worship Team
Our Creative Team captures moments at Solid Rock that tell the story of what Jesus is doing through photography, videography, and illustration.
The Worship Ministry, through music and prayer, leads and integrates the church body in personal and corporate worship, as we collectively gather at the feet of Jesus and prepare to receive His Word.
Rock Solid Kids
The Children’s Ministry presents the word of God in a fun and engaging way, with the teachers, helping hands and the check in team ready to receive them, they have a heart to teach them God’s Truth and the reality of God’s word as they grow.
MSM - Middle School Ministry
The Middle School Ministry teaches the Bible in a way that is not only relatable but filled with undeniable truths. We do our best to create an environment which is not only welcoming but also engages the student and encourages them towards true community.
Youth
The Youth Ministry provides relevant Bible studies/answers and events that are not only fun, but disciple, challenge, and inspire them to grow, love, and be a witness in today’s world.
Young Adults
The Young Adults Ministry provides Bible studies, apologetics and growth in an authentic environment that addresses real-world issues, through discipleship, and coming alongside one another as they integrate in the current cultural workplace.
Men's Ministry
The Men’s Ministry is a forum for men to come together in Bible study as well as events for fellowship, encouragement, and leadership to sharpen one another in the relevant roles that God has given us in our personal life, marriages, families and church body.
Women's Ministry
The Women’s Ministry is a place for women to come together in Bible study as well as events for connection, friendships, and encouragement that are real and relevant by encouraging one another in the roles that God has given us in our personal life, marriages, families and church body.

Our Servant videos are used to help build likemindedness in our Serve Teams. It is so essential we are able to serve with the same expectations and heart as those around us. We do our best to limit areas the enemy may try to cause division among us. In order to serve at Solid Rock everyone must listen to the Servants Class videos.
