At Calvary Chapel Solid Rock in San Antonio, our desire is to help people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ through the teaching of God’s Word and fellowship with His people. Whether you have been walking with the Lord for years or are looking for a church home, you are welcome here. Our Sunday services are centered on worship, prayer, and verse-by-verse Bible teaching that helps us better understand God’s truth and apply it to our daily lives. As a church family, we seek to share the love of Christ with one another and throughout the San Antonio community.

We believe that loving God is man's highest calling. Our relationship with Him is our biggest priority. All ministry that we engage in flows out of that relationship.

As members of a spiritual family, we seek to equip one another for service. Our training and growth is rooted in the Bible, as we consider it to be the "owner's manual" for life.

OutReach

We desire to go into the world and share the gospel, thus adding to the Kingdom of God. We believe that God has given every Christian a "sphere of influence" in which to make an impact for Christ.

What To Expect

Worship
Our services begin and end with worship through music as we gather to honor and glorify the Lord together.
Bible Teaching
As a Calvary Chapel, we place a strong emphasis on teaching God’s Word verse by verse, helping us understand the whole counsel of God in its proper context.
Kids & Students
Nursery, children’s ministry, and youth programs are available with caring volunteers who love Jesus and are passionate about teaching God’s Word.
Come As You Are
You’ll find everything from jeans and boots to Sunday best. We want every guest to feel comfortable, welcomed, and at home.
