Luke 4:1-13, Standing Firm on the Word

Through this passage in Luke 4:1–13, we see how Jesus faced temptation in the wilderness and revealed what it means to live Standing Firm on the Word. Where humanity has often chosen independence from God, the faithful Son trusted and obeyed the Father completely. In His victory we discover both the Savior who stood for us and the path of faith that calls us to trust God’s Word when pressure rises.
