In this message from Luke 7:1–17, we see how Jesus responds to both humble faith and deep human sorrow. Through the faith of a Roman centurion and the grief of a widowed mother, we discover that the Lord who sees is not distant from our weakness, pain, or hopelessness. He sees beyond outward appearances, moves toward broken people with compassion, and calls us to trust Him even when we do not understand everything He is doing.
